ST. LOUIS – The St. Louis Rams will celebrate their fans at Sunday’s regular season home finale versus the Minnesota Vikings. Sunday’s “Fan Appreciation Game” is presented by US Bank and Missouri Lottery.
During player introductions, 30 charter season ticket holders and their guests will join the Rams cheerleaders to form the player tunnel. Charter season ticket holders will also serve as the coin toss captain, starter of the game, and flag carriers.
Throughout the game, the team will be recognizing randomly selected season ticket holders with incredible giveaways including $1,250 in h.h.gregg gift cards, a $1,000 gift certificate towards a Dream Play Recreation Play Set, seat upgrades, autographed throwback jerseys, official autographed merchandise and home entertainment packages.
In addition, the first 10,000 kids 14 and under will receive a Sam Bradford bobblehead presented by Unequal Technologies.
Other highlights for randomly selected fans will include lucky section and lucky row drawings and t-shirt tosses. In celebration of Rampage’s birthday, he and other local mascots will take on a youth all-star team from Elite Football Academy at halftime. Rams Kids Club members will also join the team on the field for the National Anthem prior to the game.
All Rams merchandise will be half off at the Rams Team Store and discounted concessions will include half off soft drinks, hot dogs and popcorn.
“This year’s ‘Fan Appreciation Game’ has special significance as we celebrate the return of meaningful December football to the Edward Jones Dome,” said Kevin Demoff, executive vice president of football operations/chief operating officer, St. Louis Rams. “Sunday will be about celebrating our fans loyalty, passion and perseverance, and we hope that our fans will respond by creating a competitive advantage in the Edward Jones Dome in a must-win game for our team.”
A limited number of tickets are still available for Sunday’s game, including the “Go For Two” deal which is comprised of two tickets, two hot dogs and a Rams holiday ornament for only $98. Tickets can be purchased by calling 314-RAMS-TIX or visiting stlouisrams.com. The Edward Jones Dome box office will be open Thursday, December 13 and Friday, December 14 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and starting at 9 a.m. on Sunday, December 16.
The 2012 season included a record number of new season ticket holders as well as four of the highest attended Rams home games since 2007, which will include this Sunday’s contest versus the Minnesota Vikings. The other games were the October 21 game versus the Green Bay Packers, the November 18 game versus the New York Jets and the December 2 game versus the San Francisco 49ers.
